Job summary

Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions is seeking an experienced bilingual Training Coordinator for an industrial manufacturer near Madison, Indiana. The role focuses on onboarding, job-specific instruction, and regulatory training, including OSHA, ISO, and cross-training to enable employees to perform their roles confidently.

This onsite, full-time, direct-hire position emphasizes competency assessments, SOP development, and maintaining training records to support audits and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in employee training or workforce development.
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with LMS, document control processes, ISO management systems or regulated training environments beneficial.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate new-hire orientation and job-specific training.
• Maintain training schedules and records, certifications, and competency assessments.
• Monitor 30-, 60-, and 90-day training reviews for progress and qualifications.
• Keep Skills Matrix current and reflective of employee capabilities.
• Maintain SOPs and training documentation; ensure accessibility.
• Identify overdue training, qualification deficiencies and competency gaps.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to reflect current processes and equipment.
• Develop training materials, visual aids, videos, and learning resources.
• Support audits with complete training documentation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback, assessments and performance.
• Promote continuous learning, safety, and employee development.
