Job summary

RockBridge Search & Recruitment partners with a leading financial institution to recruit an SVP, Head of U.S. Global Transaction Services. This executive will shape treasury management, payments, liquidity, and commercial banking solutions nationwide.

You will lead enterprise-scale initiatives, build high-performing teams, and drive growth through digital banking innovations while partnering with executive leadership to advance strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within commercial banking or transaction banking.
• Expertise in Treasury Management, Payments, Cash Management, Liquidity Solutions, and Commercial Banking products.
• Proven ability to lead large, geographically diverse teams.
• Strong executive presence with communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience driving digital transformation and product innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the U.S. Global Transaction Services division.
• Drive growth across Treasury Management, Commercial Payments, Liquidity Management, Cash Management, and Trade Services.
• Lead and inspire national teams focused on sales, product management, implementation, client service, and operations.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and long-term business strategies.
• Expand treasury and payment capabilities through innovative technology and digital banking solutions.
• Build scalable processes that improve client experience while increasing operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers to deepen client relationships and generate new business.
• Analyze industry trends and position the bank as a market leader in transaction banking.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and sound risk management practices throughout the organization.
• Manage budgets, profitability, strategic investments, and overall business performance.
• Foster a culture centered on accountability, innovation, collaboration, and exceptional client service.
• Mentor senior leaders while developing the next generation of banking talent.
