Job summary

RockBridge Search & Recruitment is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP), Team Lead to oversee a high-performing commercial banking team serving clients in Ontario and Upland, CA.

This executive role drives regional growth, manages portfolio risk, and fosters client relationships with a focus on credit leadership and Inland Empire community presence.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial banking, 3–5 years in leadership, and an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of commercial banking experience, with 3–5 years in a team lead or senior management role.
• Strong credit skills with deep understanding of commercial lending and risk mitigation.
• Knowledge of Ontario, Upland, and Inland Empire markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Commercial Relationship Managers and support staff.
• Set strategic goals for growth and profitability in Ontario and Upland markets.
• Drive new business acquisition and market penetration in Ontario and Upland.
• Provide oversight on credit underwriting, risk assessment, and regulatory standards.
• Represent the bank at community events to enhance visibility and pipeline.
