Job summary

RockBridge Search & Recruitment is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Banking in Dallas to own a sophisticated portfolio and advise mid-market to corporate clients on lending, treasury, and capital markets solutions.

You will collaborate with Credit, Risk, Treasury Management, and Investment Banking teams, mentor junior bankers, and drive a culture of disciplined risk management while delivering client-focused results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive commercial or corporate banking experience.
• Experience managing and growing a profitable corporate or middle-market portfolio.
• Strong understanding of commercial credit, financial analysis, underwriting, and complex lending structures.
• Demonstrated ability to originate new relationships and expand existing ones.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own, grow, and deepen a portfolio of sophisticated corporate banking relationships.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to business owners, executives, CFOs, treasurers, and other decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Develop creative lending strategies including revolving facilities, term loans, and working capital solutions.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, leverage, liquidity, debt capacity, and collateral.
• Prepare and present credit proposals and reviews for senior leadership.
