Job summary

Inari seeks a Senior VP of Strategy and Business Development to lead enterprise strategy, growth planning, and strategic partnerships. The role reports to the CEO and sits on the Leadership Team, driving a multi-year roadmap, evaluating opportunities, and shaping go-to-market plans for new technologies and platforms.

The role requires extensive experience in strategy and business development, with strong financial, legal, and licensing acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in strategy, business development, licensing, or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading strategic partnerships, licensing, or M&A initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Inari’s long-term growth strategy as part of the Leadership Team.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations across agriculture, biotech and related spaces.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps and go-to-market approaches for new technologies and platforms.
• Structure and govern partnerships, licensing, and joint development agreements.
