Job summary

AVIRE is seeking a strategic leader to work with the board to define organic and inorganic growth, setting 3–5 year opportunities and short-term revenue paths. You will lead a cross-functional strategy and product team, translate insights into a roadmap, and ensure product-market fit through customer-centric decision making.

You will attend industry events, build partnerships, evaluate new revenue streams, and present recommendations to management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the strategic marketing team.
• Define a customer-centric product vision and translate it into a multi-year roadmap.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscape to guide product direction.
• Establish processes to understand customer needs, pains, and behaviours using market research, feedback and data insights.
• Partner with engineering, marketing and sales to ensure product-market fit and successful go-to-market launches.
• Evaluate opportunities for inorganic growth and strategic differentiation, including adjacencies and new markets.
• Develop acquisition targets and relationships with management for execution and fit.
