Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, support, and stability of critical data platforms.
• Coordinate enhancements, data extracts, and regulatory demands with stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison among business users, technology, and downstream data consumers.
• Lead root-cause analysis, incident escalation, and durable fixes with L2/L3 teams.
• Ensure data governance, controls, and audit readiness; document processes.
