Job summary

BNY is seeking a senior technology governance leader to drive enterprise incident, problem, and availability management. You will enhance governance, risk controls, and executive reporting across engineering and platform teams, with a focus on data quality and process discipline.

The role requires deep expertise in ITSM, operational risk, and governance frameworks, plus strong stakeholder leadership to align with risk and compliance expectations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow governance processes, workflow controls, and data quality standards.
• 12+ years in Technology Operations, ITSM, or Operational Risk in regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in Incident, Problem, Availability Management and Major Incident Governance.
• Experience designing or managing governance frameworks, control programs, and audit remediation.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of incident, problem, and availability management processes.
• Strengthen governance controls and data quality, improving process adherence and transparency.
• Oversee risk trends and remediation actions across engineering and platform teams.
• Partner with leadership to identify gaps, implement governance enhancements, and manage risks.
• Design enterprise scorecards, KPIs, and executive dashboards for production resilience and performance.
• Champion automation and AI-enabled governance within ServiceNow and related platforms.
