Milwaukee Tool seeks a Senior Vice President of Sourcing – North America to lead strategic sourcing across the region, partnering with executive leadership to execute goals. You will build a high-performing team, define strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize cost, quality, and delivery for multiple business units.

The role requires 15+ years in sourcing/SC leadership, strong negotiation and analytics, and experience supporting New Product Development.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive management experience in Sourcing or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience supporting New Product Development.
• Proven ability to develop USA and Mexico-based suppliers to enable core business strategies.
• Proven negotiating skills with strong project leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in high-volume, consumer product manufacturing desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead and drive all aspects of the sourcing function for North America.
• Build and develop a high-energy sourcing team.
• Define strategy, negotiate with vendors, and optimize total costs, quality, and delivery.
• Drive parts localization into USA, Mexico, and Canada.
• Establish metrics, leadership, and budgets for indirect spend (Facilities, MRO, Office, etc.).
• Develop technology to track metrics and support real-time decision making.
