Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr Commodity Analyst to lead sourcing and purchasing for new product development, work with Engineering, Manufacturing and Supplier Quality, and drive cost savings through data-driven analysis.

You will manage supplier relations, negotiate terms, and develop dashboards in Power BI to visualize key metrics and outcomes. Strong English, ERP experience, and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sourcing, materials planning, purchasing or procurement.
• Advanced English level.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• ERP knowledge: Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP or other cloud-based ERPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and purchasing activities for new product development, including RFP/RFQ management and supplier interaction.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Supplier Quality for part qualification and production readiness.
• Negotiate tooling, unit prices, NRE and terms with suppliers.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities through alternate processes, materials or suppliers.
• Communicate supplier capabilities and risks during early product development.
• Analyze data from ERP systems and procurement tools to support savings.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI or Excel for procurement KPIs.
• Forecast supplier capacity using historical trends and predictive models.
• Provide visibility to Procurement KPIs, risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Own supplier relationship management including scorecards and risk mitigation.
