Job summary

Scalable Sourcing in Milwaukee seeks a Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst to lead sourcing for new product development and current products. You will independently develop category/subcategory and supplier strategies for non-globally driven categories, while partnering with the Director of Sourcing.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing, exposure to diverse commodities, and strong negotiation skills. Travel 20–30% is required; a BS in SCM or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing.
• Exposure to commodities such as castings, metal fabrication, hydraulics, drivetrains, engines, or plastics.
• Working knowledge of master supplier agreements and cost breakdown methodologies.
• APICS Certification would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize supplier relationships.
• Develop sourcing strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead negotiations and execute master supplier agreements.
• Analyze category spend and drive supplier consolidation and cost reductions.
• Manage quoting and negotiations.
• Lead supplier selection process for Global and Regional strategies on current products and NPD components.
