The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, deep sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage $30–$50 million in commodity spend, with 20–30% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with castings, metal fabrication, hydraulics, drivetrains, engines, or plastics.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize supplier relationships.
• Manage $30–$50 million commodity spend; develop sourcing strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead negotiations and execute master supplier agreements.
• Analyze purchase volumes to drive supplier consolidation and cost reduction.
• Mentor, coach, and train new Sourcing team members.
