Job summary

Axos Invest, Inc. in San Diego, CA, seeks a Senior Vice President to lead the Self-Directed Trading Platform. You will own the trading channel end-to-end, drive platform modernization, and advance product innovation for a superior client experience.

You will partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Marketing and Banking to scale platforms and teams in a fast-paced fintech environment, delivering sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and FINRA Series 7 license preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in trading, investments, or financial services.
• Proven product development experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, growth, and sales performance track record.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the consumer retail trading business (Self-Directed Trading).
• Expand portfolio by defining strategic roadmap, implementing products, and improving processes.
• Oversee P&L performance and annual budget development.
• Drive profitability through cost controls, revenue generation, and marketing.
• Collaborate with technology, marketing and compliance on strategic initiatives.
• Integrate trading tools into mobile and desktop platforms for seamless banking and trading.
• Oversee management reporting for portfolio reviews.
• Ensure audits and regulatory compliance through detailed process reviews.
