Axos Invest, Inc. is seeking an Associate Program Manager to scale and optimize investment offerings across Securities-Directed Trading and Managed Portfolios. You will own end-to-end initiatives, collaborate with Product, Wealth, Marketing, and Ops, and drive measurable adoption and revenue outcomes.

You will translate strategy into roadmaps, monitor KPIs, and partner with data teams to build dashboards, ensuring readiness for new features and client experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in program management, product, consulting, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of investment products, including trading platforms and managed/advisory portfolios.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into insight and action.
• Strong executive communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with ownership and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of SDT and Managed Portfolios initiatives.
• Define timelines, milestones, and success metrics while managing risks and trade-offs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, and Wealth teams.
• Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs (adoption, engagement, AUM, revenue).
• Translate business priorities into actionable program roadmaps for trading adoption.
• Identify and implement improvements to onboarding, funding, trading, and portfolio enrollment.
• Support the launch of new features, capabilities, and client experiences.
• Continuously refine programs based on performance data and feedback.
• Analyze client behavior, product performance, and market trends for growth and risk.
• Develop business cases and ROI frameworks to prioritize initiatives.
• Partner with data teams to build dashboards and reporting.
• Deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Prepare and present updates on performance, risks, opportunities.
• Act as SME on SDT and Managed Portfolios.
• Simplify complex topics into clear narratives for fast decisions.
• Influence stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and business judgment.
