Job summary

Citi Equities Technology is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead the delivery of the Trading/Coverage/Monitoring GUI in Jersey City. You will own end-to-end platform delivery, replacing legacy systems, and driving a multi-year modernization initiative with a focus on cost efficiency and feature-rich capabilities.

You will manage a global team, shape architecture, and guide integration with AI tools, while ensuring high quality and adherence to SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• 10+ years of GUI development experience.
• Strong understanding of Equities, GUIs, and vendor offerings.
• Command of AI productivity tools.
• Solid SDLC knowledge and modern architectures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-year technology roadmap within budget and value.
• Partner with business to maximize platform value and delivery sequence.
• Manage a global team of developers.
• Oversee architecture, SDLC and standards compliance.
• Drive rapid adoption of AI toolkits in development processes.
• Ensure automated, low-cost QA and reliable delivery.
• Collaborate with production support and other tech teams.
• Hire and develop talent across geographies.
