Job summary

Blackstone seeks a Senior Vice President to lead Sales and Revenue Operations Technology for the Private Wealth Technology team, owning CRM strategy, AI-driven client conversation and meeting intelligence capabilities, and the end-to-end revamp of our sales reporting and technology.

You will draft specs, coordinate stakeholders, and drive engineering in partnership with our engineering leads, while managing BAU and the migration from legacy systems to modern platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales technology, revenue operations, CRM delivery, or business analytics roles.
• Experience owning an enterprise CRM platform data model, automation, integrations, and adoption.
• Experience rebuilding sales reporting end-to-end with metric definitions and executive dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM Strategy for Sales: define the roadmap for the data model, objects, workflows, automation, and integrations.
• Lead AI-enabled meeting intelligence capabilities from evaluation to adoption across the sales team.
• Revamp sales reporting and data flows to provide a single trusted view of performance.
• Manage day-to-day BAU and migration work on legacy systems while delivering the new platform.
