Blackstone seeks an Assistant Vice President to drive hands‑on technology delivery within Private Wealth Technology. You will own initiatives across CRM, advisor portals, data platforms, and analytics, translating needs into executable plans and delivering scalable results.

The role emphasizes execution, stakeholder alignment, and rapid impact across systems and processes. Strong collaboration with engineering and architecture teams is essential for sustained success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field; 8+ years in delivery roles.
• Experience leading implementation from requirements through testing, launch, and adoption.
• Strong fluency with system architecture, integrations, APIs, data flows, and dependencies.
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cross‑Platform Implementation from problem definition to launch and stabilization.
• Translate business needs into executable delivery with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate tradeoffs with engineering, data, and architecture teams for scalable solutions.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery and manage dependencies and risks.
• Operationalize solutions with ownership, controls, and adoption plans.
