Blackstone Technology & Innovations (BXTI) is the technology team at the core of each of Blackstone’s businesses and new growth initiatives. We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President to lead Sales and Revenue Operations Technology for our Private Wealth Technology team, who has a strong passion for building the systems and processes that make a sales organization faster and smarter. As a member of the Private Wealth Technology team, you’ll own CRM strategy for sales, the rollout of AI-driven client conversation and meeting intelligence capabilities, and the end-to-end revamp of our sales reporting and technology. You are equal parts problem solver and operator with an instinct for identifying what matters, a bias for action, and the resilience to see things through.
This role will have a particular emphasis on the transformative build, re-architecting how sales data is captured, enriched, and reported, and putting modern tooling directly into the hands of our sales professionals while simultaneously owning business-as-usual delivery on the legacy stack and seeing it safely through migration. This is a hands‑on role: you will be drafting the decks, writing the specs, coordinating stakeholders, and driving engineering in partnership with our engineering leads. This is not a role for someone expecting to manage a large team that does the work on their behalf.
