Job summary

The Blackstone Group L.P. is seeking a Data & Business Operations Vice President to join the ICS team in New York, overseeing data management systems and CRM delivery.

You will drive data integrity, create actionable dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to support Blackstone’s fundraising operations. You will translate complex data into clear recommendations, design workflows, and ensure data quality across integrations while supporting multiple fundraising projects and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in financial services, technology, CRM administration, consulting, or business operations.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Sigma, etc.).
• Expertise in Salesforce, and experience with CRM integrations and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for CRM and reporting customizations with BXCI ICS and cross-functional teams.
• Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM system with focus on data accuracy and security.
• Design and document enhanced system workflows and dashboards.
• Partner with CRM integration teams to enforce data quality across third-party and internal integrations.
• Develop dashboards to track investor opportunity progress and commitment data; deliver KPI insights to stakeholders.
