Citi is seeking a Remedial Management Group Manager, SVP, to lead the regional valuation function for NPLs and distressed exposures in a hybrid setup. This role focuses on delivering independent valuations to support restructuring, recovery, provisioning and exit strategies.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across Remedial Management, Risk, Legal, and Finance to align strategies with policy and regulatory requirements, while guiding a team of valuation analysts through complex cases.

Qualifications

• CA/MSA/CF A-level qualifications or equivalent advanced degree.
• 10+ years in credit analysis, corporate restructuring, distressed debt, or special assets.
• Proven leadership with ability to manage teams and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong experience with valuation methodologies like DCF and multiples.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional valuation function for non-performing loans and distressed exposures.
• Oversee valuation reviews, portfolio assessments, and methodological controls.
• Direct stress testing and scenario analyses to inform recoveries and losses.
• Prepare valuation reports for senior management, credit committees, and regulators.
• Partner with Remedial Management, Legal, Finance and Risk for strategy and governance.
