CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Vice President within the Valuation function to lead growth and strategy for the local regional appraisal practice, inspecting and resolving values of land, property, and businesses.

In this role you will set regional growth strategy, review data, mentor colleagues, and present findings to senior management while upholding Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and CBRE RISE values.

Responsibilities

• Set regional appraisal growth strategy by quantifying market size, competitors, and position.
• Identify value of a property for estimate and define business solutions from appraisal requests.
• Review data on inventory of comparable properties, sales, listings, vacancies, and more.
• Follow Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate strategy to senior management and provide regular reports on progress and metrics.
