Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a Senior VP of Operations & Supply Chain to drive end-to-end performance across the Windows & Doors BU. This leader will set strategy, standards, and governance for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and workforce stability while influencing cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, capital allocation, talent development, and continuous improvement to deliver superior customer value and growth across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading in multi-site or regional operations with P&L accountability is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Operations organization aligned with BU structure.
• Own end-to-end Supply Chain strategy including procurement, inventory, S&OP, S&OE, and transportation.
• Drive Manufacturing Engineering and Continuous Improvement initiatives for ROI, capacity and quality.
• Provide strategic direction for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across regions.
• Report on performance to the BU President and senior leadership; lead change initiatives.
