Job summary

Integrated Openings Solutions seeks a VP of Supply Chain Strategy to lead strategic supplier management, policy setting, and cross-division alignment across divisions 8, 10, and 28. The role focuses on improving cost, rebates, terms, and continuity for critical materials.

As a senior leader, you will establish governance, build relationships with key suppliers, and drive forecasting and performance across the enterprise, enabling growth and smoother project execution.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, or materials management in a project-based, distribution, manufacturing, or construction environment.
• Proven success negotiating supplier agreements, rebates, and enterprise terms.
• Experience managing multiple product categories or operating divisions with different demand patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise supply chain strategy across Division 8, Division 10, and Division 28.
• Define purchasing authority, approval thresholds, supplier selection standards, and escalation rules.
• Set enterprise policies for managed product, inventory exposure, quality requirements, and supply risk.
• Align supply chain priorities with company growth, financial targets, and customer commitments.
• Segment suppliers by strategic importance, risk, capability, and spend.
• Lead negotiations for enterprise agreements, rebates, incentives, payment terms, and service commitments.
• Build executive relationships with key suppliers and resolve material performance or commercial issues.
• Establish alternative sourcing strategies for critical or constrained products.
• Approve strategic supplier additions, exits, and exceptions to the sourcing model.
• Sponsor integrated forecasting to convert backlog and pipeline into supply plans.
• Set targets for savings, rebates, supplier performance, inventory turns, service levels, and continuity.
• Review consolidated supply chain performance and enforce actions.
• Identify opportunities to standardize products and improve working capital.
• Lead and develop the broader purchasing organization.
• Partner with operations, finance, sales, estimating, and project management to align priorities.
• Create a data-driven decision culture and escalate exceptions early.
