Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Director of Business Transformation to lead the Siding & Accessories BU. You will drive high-priority transformation initiatives and build the deployment infrastructure to execute the strategic agenda with discipline.

Focus areas include an order-to-delivery optimization program spanning Customer Service, Supply Chain, demand planning, and Manufacturing, with governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution discipline at core.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in transformation, operations, or program leadership roles with multi-phase programs in manufacturing.
• Experience leading order-to-delivery, supply chain, or order fulfillment programs across multiple domains.
• Executive-level communication and cross-functional alignment skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred; professional certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority BU transformation initiatives from design through execution across multiple domains.
• Own program structure, governance, milestones, and interdependencies with internal owners.
• Develop and track business case and benefit metrics (service levels, inventory, lead time, cost).
• Manage external advisors and ensure delivery accountability sits with internal teams.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across sites and functions.
• Build governance and operating rhythm to translate strategy into action; ensure disciplined execution.
