Job summary

BW Papersystems seeks an SVP of Operations & Supply Chain to shape and execute our global operations footprint. You will lead manufacturing, planning, procurement, and logistics with a focus on Lean, Kaizen, and enterprise-wide improvements.

As a senior member of the executive team, you will drive performance, safety, quality, delivery and inventory metrics while guiding cross-functional partners toward common goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive executive leadership in operations and supply chain.
• Experience with global supply networks and enterprise-wide transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead BW Papersystems' global operations footprint with a focus on SQDCI metrics.
• Embed continuous improvement methodologies and drive enterprise transformation.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and commercial teams to align plans.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategy to enable growth and resilience.
