Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, based in Cary, NC, seeks a Senior Vice President, Operations & Supply Chain, to lead end-to-end operational performance for the Windows & Doors BU. This executive sets strategy and drives safety, quality, delivery, cost, and workforce stability across a matrixed organization, leveraging influence and cross‑functional partnership.

You will translate BU strategy into operating plans, cascade goals regionally, and champion continuous improvement, talent development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations and/or supply chain.
• Experience owning P&L, safety (TRIR) performance, quality systems, and supply chain leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience operating in matrixed structures with direct and dotted-line reporting relationships.
• Experience partnering with commercial/regional GM structures preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent Continuous Improvement expertise strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and influence over centralized and regional Operational Excellence teams.
• Drive enterprise-wide standards, systems, and culture for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Build governance and communication routines to align matrixed organizations and drive results.
• Own multi-year Operations & Supply Chain strategy and translate into annual operating plans and budgets.
• Partner with Finance and HR to manage cost, capital allocation, and talent development across the operating footprint.
