Based in New York, the position operates as a senior deal leader, partnering closely with internal investment and corporate functions and representing the platform externally with brokers, owners, and capital and financing counterparts. The scope spans end-to-end transaction leadership, from market coverage and investment thesis formation through underwriting oversight, negotiation, and closing, with a disciplined handoff into ongoing ownership.
