Job summary

Blackstone Real Estate in New York seeks an Associate Vice President to lead end-to-end deal execution on commercial real estate debt and equity financings, blending rigorous underwriting with disciplined deal management from engagement through closing.

You will partner with senior originators, internal partners, and external capital providers to shape transaction strategy, refine terms, and deliver high-quality lender/investor materials and analysis.

• Prepare lender/investor materials such as offering memoranda and deal summaries
• Manage lender/investor outreach and deal timelines
• Coordinate diligence and closing workstreams, including third-party reports and legal review

The position supports end-to-end deal execution, combining analytical underwriting with process management to help advance financings from initial engagement through closing. Based in New York, this role works closely with senior originators, internal partners, and external capital providers to support transaction strategy and deliverable quality across active assignments.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to refine transaction strategy, negotiate key terms, and drive deals from initial engagement through closing
• Build and maintain underwriting models and financing analyses, including sizing, proceeds, pricing, and sensitivity scenarios
• Monitor market conditions, capital availability, and comparable financing terms to inform pricing and structuring recommendations
• Prepare lender/investor-facing materials such as offering memoranda, deal summaries, credit/investment committee packages, and data-room content
• Manage lender/investor outreach processes, track indications/terms, and maintain detailed deal timelines and contact/activity logs
• Coordinate transaction diligence and execution workstreams, including third-party reports, legal documentation review support, and closing deliverables
