Based in New York, this role brings a relationship-driven approach to sourcing competitive capital and sets high standards for structuring, negotiation, and end-to-end deal execution.

Job Features

• Lead capital markets strategy and execution across debt and equity financings for commercial real estate assets and portfolios
• Originate, cultivate, and manage relationships with lenders, debt funds, banks, and equity partners to drive competitive capital solutions
• Partner with acquisitions, asset management, and finance to align capital structures with business plans, refinancing timing, and portfolio objectives
• Monitor capital markets conditions and provide actionable market intelligence and execution recommendations to senior leadership
• Structure and negotiate financing and investment terms, including pricing, covenants, guarantees, and intercreditor/partnership considerations
• Oversee end-to-end transaction execution, including lender/investor outreach, diligence coordination, term sheet negotiation, documentation process management, and closings
• Develop investment committee and executive-level materials summarizing capital options, proceeds, risks, and key sensitivities
• Manage and mentor junior capital markets professionals and/or external advisors to maintain high-quality underwriting and execution standards
