Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Regional Fleet Strategist to optimize fleet performance across North America. You will analyze data, forecast demand, and guide vehicle allocation and transfers to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data into actionable recommendations.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication with the ability to present data-driven recommendations to leaders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize regional fleet plans based on demand, utilization, revenue, and profitability.
• Build rolling forecasts and scenario analyses to anticipate fleet needs and identify opportunities or risks.
• Analyze fleet performance including utilization, placement, transfers, and lifecycle performance.
• Translate data into clear recommendations for senior leaders and challenge assumptions when needed.
• Partner with Revenue Management, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, and Remarketing to improve fleet decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting through automation and AI.

Job Description

Are you ready to turn data into decisions that drive fleet performance? As a Regional Fleet Strategist at SIXT, you will help maximize the performance and profitability of our fleet across North America. You will use data, forecasting, and scenario analysis to determine how vehicles should be allocated, moved, and utilized across markets. Working closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Purchasing, Finance, and Remarketing, you will turn complex financial and operational data into clear business recommendations.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You develop and continuously optimize regional fleet plans based on demand, utilization, revenue, and profitability
• You build rolling forecasts and scenario analyses to anticipate fleet needs and identify opportunities or risks
• You analyze fleet performance, including utilization, placement, transfers, one-way activity, holding periods, and lifecycle performance
• You translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations for senior leaders and confidently challenge assumptions when the data supports a different direction
• You partner cross-functionally with Revenue Management, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, and Remarketing to improve fleet decisions
• You identify opportunities to improve forecasting and decision-making through automation, business intelligence, and emerging technologies including AI
