Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Senior VP of Manufacturing to set manufacturing and site operations strategy, drive Lean and digital transformation, and lead multi-site execution. This executive will partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to align operations with growth and sustainability goals.

The role requires 15+ years in manufacturing leadership, deep expertise in manufacturing systems and KPIs, and strong capability in change management and executive communication.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations across multiple sites.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in manufacturing systems, warehouse operations, Lean/Continuous Improvement, and operational KPIs.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives, including automation and digitalization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute manufacturing and site operations strategy aligned with corporate objectives and long-term growth plans.
  • Lead footprint optimization, including capacity planning, site selection, expansion, consolidation, and automation initiatives.
  • Establish standardized operating models, governance, and performance management across regions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  • Manage end-to-end manufacturing operations across sites, ensuring quality, efficiency and output.
  • Champion innovation in manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Oversee capital expenditures and cost management initiatives to improve productivity and margins.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing operations leadership team.
  • Strengthen operational resilience through risk assessments and business continuity planning.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, quality, and regulatory bodies as needed.
