Hyve Solutions, part of TD SYNNEX, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Mississippi to lead a production team in a fast-paced setting, ensuring quality control and ISO compliance while driving on-time product output.

The role requires strong communication, planning, and leadership skills, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Four years of related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervises a department and/or shift- 2 or more direct reports.
• Ensure ISO compliant and cost-effective manufacture of specific products or sub-products.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plans and administers procedures; develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned area.
• Interacts daily with subordinates and peer groups; provides direct supervision to professional individual contributors.
