Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Reno, NV seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and monitor manufacturing programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, cost, and schedule, and provide executive-level updates to stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and a collaborative mindset to drive on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree and PM experience in operations/manufacturing are necessary, with familiarity in Agile or Waterfall

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager in operations or manufacturing.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities and detail orientation.
• Experience developing and managing project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Familiarity with Project Management tools and methodologies such as Project, Agile or Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.
• Matrix leadership and support of factory-wide projects and senior staff initiatives.
• Manage and deliver executive-level reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and customer teams for flawless execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Identify and manage risks, implementing solutions to mitigate impact.
• Establish strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Facilitate change management and ensure comprehensive project documentation.
