Hyve Solutions in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager to lead high-volume electronics manufacturing, drive performance, and develop strong teams to support growth and customer satisfaction.

You will partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Program Management to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met, while leading Lean initiatives and NPI activities from design through scale-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in electronics/tech.
• Experience leading large teams in high-volume manufacturing.
• Lean, continuous improvement, and quality systems expertise.
• Experience supporting NPI and manufacturing scale-up activities.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• ERP systems and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Manage and develop supervisors, leads, and production teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and data-driven decision-making.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, product launches, and production ramp efforts.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including productivity, yield, quality, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Drive workforce planning, employee development, and engagement initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational performance.
• Provide regular updates and operational reviews to senior leadership.
