Influential is seeking a transformational Senior Vice President, Creator Management to lead and evolve a premier creator operations organization. This executive will oversee sourcing, negotiations, content execution, and creator experience across the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related fields.
• 7+ years of progressive people leadership experience managing large teams.
• Experience leading creator operations at an influencer marketing agency or similar organization.
• Deep understanding of creator marketing, contracting structures, and content workflows.
• Strong analytical, operational, financial, and business planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision for Creator Management.
• Lead end-to-end creator campaign execution and operations.
• Develop scalable processes to improve efficiency and creator satisfaction.
• Build executive-level relationships with creators, agencies, and partners.
• Partner with Sales, Client Management, and Legal to support client initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing organization across multiple levels.
