Job summary

FCCI Insurance Group in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Senior Vice President, Human Resources to lead the HR function and partner with the CEO on the people strategy.

The role drives talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, learning and development, succession planning, performance management, payroll operations, and policy compliance across the organization. A strategic leader with deep HR expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years progressive HR experience.
• At least ten years leading an HR team.
• Five+ years in a senior executive leadership role.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise HR strategy within complex organization.
• Expert knowledge of modern HR practices, employment law and organizational development.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Solid analytical skills and business acumen.

The Senior Vice President, Human Resources is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for developing and executing the company’s people strategy in support of our business objectives, culture and long-term growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive serves as a strategic business partner to the CEO and senior leadership team.

The SVP leads all aspects of the Human Resources function for FCCI Insurance Group, a growing commercial property and casualty insurance organization of approximately 900 employees. This position is located in our headquarters in Sarasota, Florida.
