Currently seeking an Underwriting Supervisor for our Surplus Lines division. The supervisor will be responsible for leading assigned underwriting team in accordance with corporate and regional goals for production, profitability, retention and policyholder service and manage a book of business. Additional responsibilities include: supporting the development of agency and key account relationships and overseeing the underwriting function including analyzing and evaluating information and exposures on risks of a increasing complex technical nature with a high level of authority.
This position will be located in our Sarasota, FL office. The role is eligible to participate in our hybrid schedule of two days work from home and three days in the office.

The salary range for this position is $102,357-$157,629 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
