Qualifications

• Extensive pre-sales leadership or consulting experience in enterprise software across Sales, Marketing, Service, or Support.
• Proven ability to build trusted C-level relationships and shape value-based solutions with CIOs, CTOs, and other senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Analytics, BI, or data platforms; knowledge of AI and agentic technologies a plus.
• Experience leading complex enterprise transformations with multi-phase roadmaps and scalable programs.
• A track record of scaling global pre-sales or consulting teams with a focus on growth and revenue.
• Strong communication, executive presence, and ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Tableau’s Global Solution Engineering as a unified global team.
• Position Tableau as the semantic intelligence layer for the AI-first enterprise.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Strategy to align roadmaps and go-to-market.
• Drive innovative solution-selling strategies and industry-specific value propositions.
• Build trusted C-level relationships and guide large digital transformation initiatives.
