Salesforce is seeking a transformational Senior Vice President to lead Global Solution Engineering for Tableau and to drive the strategy across Tableau & Data360. You will lead a high-performing global team, position Tableau as the semantic intelligence layer for the AI-first enterprise, and influence product and GTM decisions with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have deep pre-sales and consulting experience, proven C-level relationship skills, and a track record of scaling

Qualifications

Extensive pre-sales leadership or consulting experience in enterprise software.
Ability to build trusted C-level relationships with senior stakeholders.
Strong technical storytelling for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience leading multi-phase enterprise transformations at scale.
Proven track record of growing and scaling global teams.
Consistent achievement of revenue and performance goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale Tableau’s Global Solution Engineering as a single global team.
Position Tableau as the semantic layer for the AI-first enterprise.
Partner with senior Tableau and CoE leadership to shape strategy and GTM.
Drive innovative solution-selling strategies aligned to customer needs.
Build trusted C-level relationships and guide large-scale digital transformations.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align roadmaps and value delivery.
