Responsibilities

Lead and scale Tableau’s Global Solution Engineering organization as a unified global team.
Champion the Agentic Enterprise vision by placing Tableau as the AI-first semantic layer.
Serve as a strategic thought partner to Tableau and CoE leadership on technology vision and product strategy.
Drive innovative solution-selling strategies with industry-specific value propositions.
Build and sustain trusted C-level relationships with strategic customers and guide complex transformations.
Partner with Sales leadership to execute growth-focused GTM strategies and embed Tableau as a growth priority.
Align with Product, Engineering, and Innovation teams to articulate Tableau’s value and roadmap.
Champion diversity, inclusion, and talent development across the org.
Serve as a cultural ambassador for Salesforce values and leadership excellence.
