Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, transformation, strategy, or consulting.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role leading multiple functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage operations, including Stars/HEDIS, provider network management, vendor management, and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise direction and capital allocation across markets and functions.
• Lead enterprise vendor management and the ecosystem across multiple vendors and platforms.
• Oversee new market expansion, technology rollouts, regulatory operations, and project management readiness.
• Drive KPI/OKR governance, ROI validation, and dashboard/automation initiatives.
• Build and scale an enterprise leadership team across Vendor Management, Implementation, BI, and Operational Excellence.
