Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare operations, transformation, or strategy.
• 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing multiple teams.
• Experience with enterprise PMO, planning, or transformation functions.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven vendor management, capital planning, and KPI/OKR governance.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise direction and capital allocation.
