Job summary

Alignment Health seeks a seasoned SVP to lead the Transformation and Execution Office, owning the enterprise roadmap, capital planning, and an integrated governance model across Direct and MSO markets. You will scale AI, automation, and digital solutions, enhancing vendor management and investment discipline.

You will partner with Operations, Clinical, Finance, and Market leadership to drive enterprise KPIs, deliver strategic initiatives, and ensure disciplined project delivery from inception

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, transformation, strategy, or consulting.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role leading multiple functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage operations, including Stars/HEDIS, provider network management, vendor management, and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise direction and ensure capital is deployed to high-impact opportunities across markets and functions.
• Own enterprise operating models, governance structures, and OKRs, driving a unified roadmap.
• Lead the VP, Vendor Management and enterprise vendor ecosystem relationships, with measurable business value.
• Lead the VP, New Market & Tech Implementations to ensure successful market expansion and technology rollouts.
• Oversee KPI/OKR governance, ROI validation, and enterprise dashboards to enable rapid decision-making.
• Chair a single enterprise governance forum to prioritize and govern transformation initiatives across functions.
