Job summary

Ladders is seeking an SVP, Variable Technical Projects – Data Centers to join its executive leadership. This remote US-based role leads a data center project management organization, delivering complex technical programs with significant operational and financial impact.

You will set priorities, oversee portfolio performance, drive client development, and ensure P&L accountability across large-scale construction efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 12+ years of project management experience in data center construction.
• Experience managing multiple teams and organizational design.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and financial risk management.
• Experience leading large-scale projects ($50M+) with significant operational impact.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data center project management team and oversee project delivery
• Establish annual and midterm priorities and operational plans for the team
• Drive business development activities and build client relationships
• Manage the region's P&L and review project-level financials
• Oversee team performance, workload planning, and career development
• Serve as the lead technical manager for the project portfolio
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
