For our client, we are seeking a SVP, Variable Technical Projects- Data Centers to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This senior leadership role will oversee data center project delivery across a regional portfolio, with a strong emphasis on technical execution, operational planning, and client partnership. The position will guide multiple teams through subordinate managers, balancing business development, financial performance, and project outcomes. You will help set annual and midterm priorities, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and ensure large-scale projects are delivered effectively in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 - $275,000 annually
