Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field required.
• 12+ years of project management experience in data center construction.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams through subordinate managers.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and financial risk management.
• Experience leading large-scale projects ($50M+) with significant operational impact.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data center project management team and oversee project delivery.
• Establish annual and midterm priorities and operational plans for the region.
• Drive business development activities and build client relationships.
• Manage the region's P&L and review project-level financials.
• Oversee team performance, workload planning, and career development.
• Serve as the lead technical manager for the project portfolio.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
