Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive project management experience in data center construction.
• Experience owning P&L responsibility, managing budgets and risks.
• Proven experience leading large-scale ($50M+) projects with mid- to long-term impact.
• Travel up to 50% to support regional oversight and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership and strategic planning for the data center PM team.
• Lead business development activities and client presentations for regional opportunities.
• Manage the region’s P&L and project-level financials across the portfolio.
• Oversee multi-tier project teams and career development within policies.
• Serve as Lead Technical Manager, ensuring standards and escalation handling.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate across multiple sites.
