Job summary

Ladders is seeking an SVP, Variable Technical Projects – Data Centers to join its executive leadership. This remote US-based role leads a data center project management organization, delivering complex technical programs with significant operational and financial impact.

You will set priorities, oversee portfolio performance, drive client development, and ensure P&L accountability across large-scale construction efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 12+ years of project management experience in data center construction.
• Experience managing multiple teams and organizational design.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and financial risk management.
• Experience leading large-scale projects ($50M+) with significant operational impact.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

For our client, we are seeking a SVP, Variable Technical Projects– Data Centers to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This executive role will lead a data center project management organization, overseeing delivery of complex technical projects with significant operational and financial impact. The position blends team leadership, portfolio oversight, client development, and P&L accountability across large-scale construction efforts. The successful candidate will partner closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to set priorities, manage performance, and drive profitable growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 – $275,000 annually
