Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Data Center Project Management leader to guide regional teams, own P&L, and drive strategic initiatives across the portfolio. You will oversee budgets, client relationships, and complex multi-project programs while ensuring high standards for safety and quality.

You will act as the principal technical authority, coordinate with executives, and mentor a pipeline of project managers to strengthen regional capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive project management experience in data center construction.
• Proven experience owning P&L, managing budgets and leading multi-project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional PM team, establishing priorities and delivery capacity.
• Drive business development, client relations, proposals, and strategy.
• Manage region P&L, budgets, forecasts, and financial risk.
• Oversee talent development, staffing, and succession planning.
• Serve as Lead Technical Manager for mission-critical data center infra.
• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple groups, ensuring alignment.
