Job summary

TransUnion LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Director to lead the change management, communications, training and adoption for the TruOps Digital Experience portfolio, guiding governance, frameworks, and measurement across U.S. and international deployments.

Reporting to the SVP of Business Processes, you will build a high‑performing team, influence senior leaders, and partner with system integrators to realize business outcomes while working in a hybrid setup with at least two days in the

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading change management or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Salesforce, Revenue Operations, Service Operations, or digital transformations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage stakeholder engagement across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead change management, communications, training, and adoption strategy for TruOps Digital Experience.
• Establish governance, frameworks, methodologies, and tools for stakeholder analysis, readiness, and adoption.
• Lead change management for Quote-to-Delivery and Salesforce implementation across US and international deployments.
• Advise executives on readiness, engagement, adoption risks, and business outcomes.
• Develop narratives for executive meetings and large forums.
• Establish adoption measures, KPIs, and reporting linked to value realization.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across transformation initiatives.
